That’s right! Its River Jam time again, bigger and better than ever. We have moved to a new date and home for 2008. The event will; now be held at the Delta Fredericton on Friday, July 11th…The new venue now gives us four stages and thus we double the number of entertainers from previous years.
This years event will feature 18 bands ranging from hard core blues, Rhythm and blues, funk, Celtic, Texas swing , Jazz and much more…..An amazing celebration of talent from along the Saint John River Valley. The musical event of the summer! The following performers are scheduled for the River Jam 2008:

Alex Bailey and Dan Robichaud…Blues with an original flair
Beaters: Carlton Counties premiere party band!
Downtown Blues Band: Fredericton’s biggest party band!
Tore Down: Blues and more blues!
Casey Leblanc Duo: Fredericton’s Idol is back!
John and Becca: Jazz with a sweet bluesy edge
Lilly Madison & the Cucumber Patch: A new artist with originals
Ben St Pierre Trio: Jazz and more jazz!
ERA: This all female band delivers classics
Cathy Hutch: Recently returned from recording in Nashville
Peter Rioux and Dave Beattie: This duo plays classics and more
Tickets go on sale June 1’st and all be available at the following locations:

- Harvest Central ( Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival offices)
